Very simple and straight forward. If your new signatures don’t hit our agreed metrics in 30 days, you choose: cash back or an instant upgrade with more concepts, content, and optimization free. We tie creativity to pour cost, speed, and sales—because pretty cocktails don't pay the rent. Profitable ones do.
What We Guarantee - (Pick 2 KPIs at kickoff)
Within 30 days of go-live (menu placed, prices set, staff trained, assets posted):
1. Revenue Lift: Net revenue from signatures increases at least $300 (Tier 1) / $600 (Tier 2) / $900 (Tier 3) in any 30-day window.
2. Speed of Service: With our batching & station map, each signature should run ≤90 seconds average build time (stirred/shaken).
3. Deliverable Guarantee: If ticket times exceed by >20% while SOPs are followed, we re-engineer + retrain on site/virtual FREE.
4. Content Performance (applies to tiers with content): Any delivered reel that performs below your account’s 6-post median saves or reach triggers one extra reel FREE (new angle, new hook, new caption).

If we miss any two of your chosen KPIs (and you held up your side), you pick one:

We give you control: take money, or take momentum. Conditions (simple, fair, and in your control)
To Keep the Guarantee Clean & Winnable
1. Pricing & Placement: Use our recommended prices and place the signatures top-left or top-right on the menu with “Featured” styling.
2. SOP Compliance: Follow batching, glassware, and garnish specs; maintain stock & ice.
3. Staff: At least one trained bartender per shift on signatures.
4. Posting Cadence (tiers w/ content): Post the delivered assets using our captions/hashtags within 7 days (no shadowbans, no comment blocking).
5. Data: Share basic POS pulls (signature sales) and IG Insights so we can track.
6. Window: 30 days after go-live.
Exclusions: venue closures, bar outages, missing inventory, and force of nature. If anything interrupts, the 30-day clock simply pauses.
